About Us

Ms. Davison received her juris doctor degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley in 1990 and her bachelor's degree from Brown University in 1985. Prior to forming DAVISON LAW, LLC, Ms. Davison practiced with the trial firm of Todd & Weld LLP where she was a partner from 2001 until 2008. Prior to joining Todd & Weld LLP, Ms. Davison was associated with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in the Boston office and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York. Ms. Davison was admitted to practice in the New York state courts in 1991 and in the Massachusetts state courts in 1993. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Ms. Davison is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. She has been a panelist and presenter at various Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars and workshops.

Ms. Davison was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in Labor and Employment in 2009. Martindale Hubbell has given Ms. Davison its highest rating of AV preeminent.

Ms. Davison serves as a case conferencer for the Boston Municipal Court ADR Project and is a trial advisor for the Harvard Trial Advocacy Workshops. She is also a volunteer for Hospitality Homes. Ms. Davison is fluent in French.
