Davison Law obtains an Order in the Federal Court for the District of Colorado staying litigation

We have obtained an Order in the Federal Court for the District of Colorado, on behalf of our client Intervenor, staying the litigation where we assert that the action should be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because plaintiffs and defendants, who were business partners, are engaged in a collusive effort to obtain a baseless multi-million dollar fraudulent judgment from the Court and, therefore, there is no ‘case’ or ‘controversy’ presented and no adversity of interest as required by Article III of the United States Constitution
