In a case of first impression, Davison Law defeats Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss and the Superior Court holds that a claim is stated under Chapter 93A where a member of a Massachusetts LLC alleges that the two other members of the LLC conspired with non-members of the LLC to defraud him and to extinguish the value of his membership interest.
