On our Rule 12(b)(6) Motion, Davison Law obtains the dismissal of all claims against our client in the Business Litigation Session. The Court found that the plaintiff, Steward Medical Group, Inc., failed to state plausibly any claims against our client and ordered the dismissal of all claims against him.
